Florida Federal judge shoots down TEApublican attempt to open pollution floodgates into Florida waters...

As a followup to our prior 3 posts (links below) on the shameless pro-pollution TEApublican legislative assault to allow their crony corporate buttie-patters to dump any and all pollution into Florida waters they needed to dump, just to save themselves money, we felt compelled to point out that one of those bad ole despised-by-despicable-TEApublicans Florida federal judges has ruled against the mindless TEApublican's unconscionable anti-environment cockamamie legislation.

The Miami Herald noted this sensible, logical, practical "defiance" of the shameless pro-pollution anti-environment TEApublican legislation in their Sunday edition, and we provide a few pertinent excerpts below, followed by a link the Herald article.

A federal judge in Florida has ruled that specific limits on sewage, manure and fertilizer contamination in state waters must take effect March 6.

U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle's ruling Saturday in Tallahassee ended years of delays [by TEApublicans] in setting those limits.

The pollutants feed algae blooms on lakes and streams. The blooms can cause health problems in humans and can be fatal to wildlife.

The federal limits replace a state rule requiring studies of algae blooms but no preventive measures.

"Studies"? Riiiight, you can bet that they were really going to study the algae blooms, that have been becoming increasingly worse every year, now adding the problem of toxic "black water" to the noxiously dangerous "red tides"...and who knows what other new mutant danger will be spawned upon Floridians by the pharmacuetically-lobotomized loose-cannon TEApublicans that only care about money, to hell with the residents that live in the toxic swill...

The point is, the problem has been "studied" by Florida residents and biologists for decades and the reality of it all is blatantly obvious to the simplest dimwitted nitwits...
