Yes, Rookie Ricky had the shameless audacity to abolish the Office of Drug Control: a four-person advisory board with a mission of "Prevention, Treatment, and Law Enforcement," and it had been at the front lines of crafting the long-delayed pill-mill regulations which were finally ready to go with the completed pill mill database monitoring system. Hey, maybe Scrotum-Head Scotty can create those promised 700,000 jobs just in his pill mill industry. Build hundreds of them up all the way across the state line, as well as putting a bunch of them in airports, bus terminals, train stations, sea ports, and at Florida Welcome Centers, make it easier for drug dealers all over the country and around the world to "Visit Florida" and stock up on a their supply of narcotics to peddle back home...

Robber-Barron Ricky has turned Florida into a "third world" tax haven for his slimy corporation buddies and Ratfink Ricky's filthy rich cohorts with cushy tax break deals for millionaires and billionaires and transnational corporatocracies...

Under Fraudster Rookie Ricky, a whole different type of clinic -- which provides essential medical services to some of Florida's poorest individuals -- faces eradication by the goobernator. Can't be wasting precious money on poor people when Ripper Ricky can be funneling it into the pockets of corporatocracy and the filthy rich to be hoarded in unregulated, untaxed offshore banks.

Even the New York Times got in on criticizing Potty Scotty's rejection of the high speed rail bullet train, which effectively junked years of effort and legislative work by the state to win the rail windfall. Realize that the EPA wants to enact important regulations to clean up air pollution. Nationally, their proposed mercury and air toxics standards are projected to save as many as 17,000 American lives every year by 2015. These standards also would prevent up to 120,000 cases of childhood asthma. There would also be 11,000 fewer cases of acute bronchitis among children every year. Again, this is nationally. Now, consider that Rugrat Ricky and his pro-industry, pro-big-biz, teabagger cronies initially say they want to postpone implementing any EPA actions in Florida, but there are also distinct rumblings in the grapevine that clearly indicate that the scumbag, sleazeball, depopulating Ragbrained Rickyettes are going to push for deregulation of existing controls on industry pollution in the state (and have already done so by nullifying local county and city pollution regulations, see next point). So, for the Florida greedy goobernator and his filthy rich asshole buddies, it is more important to attract more new industries to the state that will add even more pollution to the air we all must breathe, than it is to save lives and prevent health miseries of the citizens of Florida. What a bunch of assholes...

The goober guv and his "destroy Florida" legisgator buddies have vomited up state legislation to override any local city and county laws that attempt to control flooding Florida waterways with excessive dumping of fertilizer that leads to algae blooms and excess plant life infesting the waters which kills off water life. You know, where businesses can pay workers less than minimum wage, wrongly withhold illicit deductions from workers pay, deny pay for overtime, like that. The Reason [sic] Foundation receives substantial funding by the ultraconservative billionaire Koch brothers, while one of the Kocher kooks serves as a Reason [sic] Foundation trustee. Now "the rest of the story" is very clear, isn't it. Despicable asshole...

Rampaging Ricky's "war on public schools and teachers stinks like a dead skunk putrifying in the middle of a hot asphalt road -- and it will likely backfire on him in a big way. [Reasonless Ricky] wants to cut teachers' salaries by 5 percent while at the same time putting more tax dollars into private schools". You know, "privatization"... Retched Ricky proposes to eliminate 1,849 positions in the state child welfare agency, the DCF. This agency is already known to be understaffed, underpaid, overworked, and in a vermin filled third world state like Florida, the staff is completely overwhelmed with a much to heavy caseload of far too many reported problems and abuses. Advocates for children and families argue that Florida already ranks among the bottom ten states in assistance to kids who are in need or in danger. A child advocate stated that hard economic times such as these are the worst time for help to children to be curtailed. Yet, while the Slashing Scotticator proposes massive cuts to the DCF staff as an austerity measure, he has proposed no such austerity for his own office, as he wants to increase the budget of the his office by $343 million, an increase of 116 percent, adding 91 positions to his personal staff. Yeh, let's cut the money going to protect children, cutting more jobs in the process, so we can increase my staff and pay my buddies that money instead. Damned worthless kids anyway, just turn em out onto the streets and let them fend for themselves like all those kids in third world countries. Let's just make Florida a third world state with a bloated ruling plutocracy at the top, damn the poor people. Certifiably nightmarish, sinisterly evil, pure utter madness... Beach businesses that rely on healthy beaches to attract tourists say the timing couldn't be worse. Florida also stands to lose millions in matching federal dollars that pour in to match state funds. Who the hell needs beaches in a state that depends on tourism for well over SIXTY BILLION dollars a year. Heck, those damned tourists can go somewhere else and we have to give away tax breaks to the filthy rich and greedy corporations, so just let those needless beach business go out of business. Oh, wait, "business"; hmmm, what did we say about that in the campaign. The biggest name on the list is Arthur Laffer, Ronald Reagan's trickle-down voodoo economist whose "Laffer Curve" was aptly named. It was certainly laughable. Yeh, "trickle down" turned out to be more like "tinkle down". Tinkle as in pee. Down as in on the peons, because giving more money to the already wealthy just results in their hoarding it in their unregulated offshore banks. Oh, they might buy a new yacht, but just who does that trickle down to; rich yacht builder, that stuff their money in offshore banks of course...

Retrogressive Ricky intends to pole-axe the state run and state funded property disaster insurance plan to reduce benefits, while raising rates by 25%; which just happens to offset the property tax reduction for homeowners. Ricky the Rube actually wants to eradicate the state insurance entity, which was put in place after the triple bogie hurricanes of 2005, to replace the regular insurers that dropped coverage and left the bowling alley for hurricanes state, leaving property owners with no insurance, which is against the law. What the hay, even with the insolvent state insurance system, the state will go completely bankrupt when the next hurricane disaster hits anyway...

Radical Recalcitrant Ricky campaigned against the hiring of state lobbyists, then hired state lobbyists. The difference, he explained, was that these were his lobbyists. What? Oh, hell, he doesn't have to make any sense, and we wonder if he actually could with his little beady eyed pea-brained scrotum-like head.

Reeking Ricky also campaigned on the basis that he supported collective bargaining. Reprehensible Ricky now says he'd like collective bargaining removed from Constitution... Ah, the basic trait of the unethical crooked cheating scumbag -- whose main qualification to be governor was that he was CEO of an HMO found guilty of the worst case of Medicare fraud in U.S. history -- to lie like a rug and then turn around and stab you in the back. "Would you like some poison tea in your party"?

Rick the Dick also blabbered about tackling political gerrymandering, whereby elected politicians re-draw their districts for their own political advantage to increase chances of getting re-elected. Florida voters overwhelmingly voted that they want to stop political gerrymandering by voting for Amendments 5 and 6, known as the "Fair Districts" Amendments. But in the middle of the night on November 3rd -- before the last votes were even counted -– two members of the Florida Congress went to court to try to get the amendments thrown out. Then, Speaker Dean Cannon and the Florida House of Representatives decided to use YOUR taxpayer dollars to join in that suit. And scrotumhead Scott joined the fray by delaying the implementation of the Fair Districts amendments. As required by federal law, former Governor Crist submitted the amendments to the U.S. Department of Justice for approval. Within two days of taking office, Governor Scott withdrew that request. Geez, what took him so long...

Rip-up-regulations Ricky has engineered a sweeping plan to eradicate state government oversight of more than two dozen industries and professions, "from telemarketers and travel agents to home inspectors and auto mechanics". This Reckless Ricky dereg is reported to make even the state's big businesses nervous. Yep, this plan immediately drew fire from the same industries that the Ricky-baggers are supposedly attempting to set free for any of that pesky ole watchdogging crapola, urging lawmakers to retain existing regulations. WHAT, just because he wants to eliminate thingys like the regulation of home inspectors? Silly people, you just can't make some big business buffoons happy...

While eliminating the profitable, job producing high speed rail project that everybody else in the country -- as well as almost everybody in the state wanted to implement here -- is now fighting over, wrong-headed Scrotty Rickapoo wants to spend almost $100 million to dig big holes in the port of Miami. You are saying "WHAT"? Yep, the Robber Baron goobernator has had a pill mill drug induced vision that this would create jobs; a delusion that experts counter will NOT boost employment. Of several reasons that prove this out, we note the factoid that ships will not dock in Miami because it is cheaper to instead proceed up the coast to other ports that have better access to the southeast, and don't have the horrendous gridlock of downtown Miami traffic, which has narrow streets and is not accommodating at all to truck traffic; to this we add that their is no rail to ship the product out of the port either. Ignoring the facts that these other northern ports already have deep enough channels to accommodate the ships, with adequate uncluttered roads and rail, and that digging up the waters off Miami to bring in gargantuan ugly packet container ships into the sparkling clean cruise line port of Miami is certifiable insanity. Ruinous Ricky is pushing lawmakers to dump three million medicaid patients into "managed care" plans on the chance that it might save some of his precious taxpayer money to give to corporations, in spite of the fact that a few counties in Florida have tried this for the last five years, with everyone expressing hatred for the switch, while financial overseers admit that these experiments have not actually saved anyone any money.

Rookie Ricky Ripoff as candidate promised voters "the unvarnished truth". But Rookie Ricky the witness offered little but murky testimony. In a series of sworn depositions he gave in lawsuits against his former company, Rookie Ricky was the polar opposite of the phony straight-talking candidate in television ads. Under oath, Rookie Ricky displayed a poor memory and a penchant for parsing words. He answered lawyer's questions with questions, while smirking or shrugging his shoulders, his beady darting eyes meandering aimlessly around on his chemo-looking bald head...

Rank Ricky now says he'd like collective bargaining removed from state constitution. Days after Ridiculous Ricky told a Tallahassee radio station that he was supportive of collective bargaining, he later flip flops that he "wishes" it weren't allowed in Florida. So far, his "wishes" have become the commands of his puppet legisgators...

Relentless Ramming Ricky wants to increase charter schools to bring competition into the education system. Right wingers seem to always want to 'privatize' everything. You know, "privatization"... You know, like Blackwater in the military, Halliburton in Iraq, and so on to corrupt ad nauseum...

Florida has had in place a highly popular pre-paid college tuition plan, whereby families can lock in present day tuition cost for the future college education for their children. What? That might cost Ragassed Ricky and rich corporate co-whorets money that they want for themselves. No more. The program is currently half a billion in the black -- like social security funds would be if politicians hadn't raided it -- with ten billion in assets. So Raiding Ricky wants to stamp out such a savings for families so that he can rake the overage into his personal offshore banks. Pathetic bastard...

Sicky Ricky also has a move to cut Pell Grants for college students by about 20%. Yep, gotta scrounge up money from edgykashion for tax cuts for polluting corporations and industry and business sose we can....well, pollute more. And, it's lonely at the top, gotta have more buggering buddies...

The Scotticator (think fornicator) of Floridians has dreamed up yet another brilliant scheme to scarf up more of the public's money while discouraging people to find out what is going on with his kingdom. Any public records requests now have imposed new fees. Guess what. The admin for public records indicates that this will slow the process down. And of course Ricky Dicky says hey, he is all for open government, and this is not any kind of attempt to hole up information about the sordid goings on in the state...

Racketeering Ricky Boy has birthed a new retroactive law to shield automakers from injury lawsuit payouts in vehicle wrecks in which a defective vehicle component was responsible. This new Ricky Ticky law that protects the auto industry overturns a Florida Supreme Court ruling protecting Floridians. We did NOT make this up. So, since there are no vehicle manufacturing facilities based in Florida, why would anyone remove protections from Floridians and shield out state and even out of country automakers? Can we say "bribes deposited in offshore unregulated bank accounts"?

Repressively Regressively Reptillian Ricky has urged on a cohort to place a bill before the Legislature that would force teachers to challenge evolution at the expense of settled science. Disregard the factual scientific carbon dating that indicates that planet Earth is a gazillion years old and that the fossils of dinosaurish reptiles date back to millions of years ago, lets "debunk" all that scientific crapola and teach children that the earth was zapped into being only 4,000 years ago, that the dinosaurs were all killed of just three thousand years ago by the ice age that followed the big flood. Oh hell, why teach them anything, that's too expensive, so just drug them up and send them over to McDonalds and just force them to go to church to pick up their paycheck, with church donations pre-deducted of course...

Rookie Ricky's campaign contributors included a list of powerful special interest groups: health insurers, utilities, sugar, tobacco, gambling, telecommunications, lobbying firms, entertainment moguls and developers. His donors deviously got around the contribution limits by giving both individual and business donations. Florida Crystals, the sugar and agribusiness giant with interests in development, gave $200,000, then used three of its subsidiaries to contribute another $75,000. The competitor of Florida Crystals, U.S. Sugar -- which was the beneficiary of the $197 million Everglades land deal with the state -- wrote checks valued at $175,000 to the party and gave one $25,000 check to the inauguration. Rookie Ricky criticized the U.S. Sugar deal during his campaign, claiming the deal mainly benefited U.S. Sugar, not Everglades clean-up. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, the largest health insurer in the state, also donated heavily to the party with a massive $525,000 contribution. The bottom line is obvious: Rookie Ricky rules for big business, not the citizens of the state....

Ramrod Ricky and his baggering buddies are pushing a permanent, irreversible, across-the-board funding limit that would prevent the state from ever restoring these draconian cuts. And you thought sadassed Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden were sinisterly evil...

Racist Ricky restores a "Jim Crow" era rule meant to keep African-American voters out of the polling places. This was accomplished by passing a law that disenfranchised non violent ex-felons from voting. Realize that the turnout was low because both candidates had proven to be corrupt, with Rookie Ripoff Ricky by far the worst, so nobody really cared to vote for either one of them. Legislators have suppositoried SPB 72204 and HB 89 to remove the right of Floridians to view public notices in newspapers. Their lame lying excuse for depriving you of public notices is that it might save them some money. And get this. These devious, corrupt crooks are deceivingly spewing lies that they will put public notices on their own little ole government webbysites. Riiiight... I trust them to do that ethically, correctly, in a timely unbiased manner, without omitting anything that might happen to interfere with their evil schemes. Don't you?

Aptly termed the "Fraudster King", Goobernator Scotty made his gazillions in the private health care industry by scamming the taxpayers through medicaid for billions of their money. When "federal accusations" of Medicare fraud arose, the board of directors booted him as CEO and paid out $1.7 billion in fines to "settle" with the feds. An interim note here is that he still has connections and monied friends, also known as contributors, aka "bribers", in that private health care sector. And a further side note is that he owns -- or did own if he has moved control to his wife now, a question that he refuses to answer -- a chain of cheap private health care clinics, that he no doubt bought with the taxpayer money he stole. His cheap clinics just happen to dispense cheap "pill mill "drugs, and likely still rips off the taxpayers through medicaid fraud, but that is a whole 'nother digression... To the point, now the beady-eyed, scrotumheaded goobernator has created his own little ole commission to "examine" the competitors of his private conglomerate sector ilk, the government managed hospitals of Florida. This imperious executive order that he shoved down your throat creates the so-called "Commission on Review of Taxpayer Funded Hospital Districts". Note that before his swearing-in as governor, his health care "transition" team blabbered a report which vomited a stinging assessment of the publicly funded health care facilities, complaining that the hospitals they support largely "muscle out" his little ole corrupt private fraud-filled facilities. In announcing the commission’s formation, the goobernut said that it's (HIS) goals will include reviewing how doctors are paid at the public hospitals, whether they serve as broad a population as they should, and whether taxpayers are getting their money’s worth. No time frame for the panel to complete its work was set, but no doubt it will rule until it accomplishes the goobertater goal of squashing public facilities in favor of his private facilities... Much public and media speculation exists on how this might adversely affect health care to the disadvantage of the patient. You know, "privatization", like the privatization-hiring of exorbitantly overpaid mercenaries in Iraq, the controversial and corrupt "Blackwater" of Cheney's Halliburton ilk.
